ORDER PROCESSING
Las Viejas LLC is a U.S.-based business, and all prices are listed in USD. We gladly accept American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa. International transactions may be subject to currency conversion fees.
Orders typically take 1-7 business days to process before shipping. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of each item.
Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details. Please ensure that your shipping and billing information, as well as any promotional or gift card codes, are entered correctly at checkout.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
It may take between 1-7 business days for orders to be processed and ready for shipping.
Depending on the destination, we offer a variety of shipping options, including:
- FedEx Home Delivery (1-5 business days)
- UPS Ground Shipping (1-5 business days)
- USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are usually processed within 1-7 business days before shipping.
Packages are sent via DHL Express (typically 1-7 business days), unless otherwise notified.
Shipping times are approximate and may vary based on external factors, such as customs or local disruptions.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES
International orders may incur additional customs duties or import taxes based on the destination country’s regulations. The recipient is responsible for covering these fees. If a package is not claimed, the customer will be liable for the original shipping charges as well as the cost of returning the package to us.
P.O. BOXES
Please note that FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box is provided as the shipping address, we will reach out via e-mail to obtain an alternate street address.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION
Signature confirmation is required for all domestic orders over $200. If you prefer your package to be delivered without a signature, please contact us at support@lasviejas.shop with your order number and an electronic signature. However, for security purposes, we cannot waive the signature requirement for orders exceeding $200.
Las Viejas LLC cannot be held responsible for packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to claim. Should this happen, the customer will be responsible for covering any additional shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
While we take great care to ensure your items are securely packaged, Las Viejas LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility. Any issues after shipping should be addressed directly with your local mail carrier or post office.
